Liability for the content Great care was taken compiling the contents of our web site. However, we cannot assume liability for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible under general law for our own content on this site, in accordance with § 7 section 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Pursuant to paragraphs 8 to 10 of the TMG however we are not obligated as service providers to monitor transferred or stored information from third parties or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. The obligation to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law remains unaffected. However, liability in this respect only arises after knowledge of a concrete violation of the law is obtained. Should such legal violations become known to us we will remove such contents immediately.
